I would expect no less from Jirard to do something like this. This was one of his most impressive completionist tasks he’s ever undertaken, and maybe his most important.

I can’t imagine Nintendo ever thought someone would try to buy every single game in the eShop for Wii U or 3DS, but trying to buy that many games in a short amount of time with Nintendo’s archaic internet functionality must’ve been a massive headache. It turns out it was.

To make it easier, maybe they could’ve just focused on buying the games before the eShop closures, and then worried about downloading them later since the ability to download games you’ve already bought isn’t being shut down. Great job nonetheless. Nintendo doesn’t care about game preservation as much as they should, but thankfully, gamers do.
