Rockstar probably wants to take advantage of the Switch’s large 130 million user base, but barring a miracle, it’s going to take some significant magic to get Red Dead Redemption 2 running competently on the system. They could go the streaming route if they’re okay with no one buying the game, like Square-Enix did with the Kingdom Hearts Switch ports, but Red Dead Redemption 2 belongs on the Switch successor when it comes out. In fact, it would make a great Switch 2 launch game.
A Nintendo Switch version of Red Dead Redemption 2 has been spotted on the Brazilian ratings board’s website.
As spotted by a Twitter user, an unannounced Switch version of Rockstar‘s game is listed alongside the currently available versions of the game.
However, it isn’t immediately clear when the Switch listing was added to the classification board’s website.
