Epic Mickey was a 3D platformer that was originally released on the Wii in 2010. It was developed by Junction Point Studios, a development house headed by Warren Spector, who’s worked on and directed titles from the Thief, System Shock, and Deus Ex franchises. Making a Mickey Mouse Disney game was something way outside his normal wheelhouse, but Spector said it was his lifelong dream to make one, and Epic Mickey was what his team made. You play as Mickey Mouse traveling though The Wasteland interacting with rejected and forgotten Disney characters. The remake, Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, is being made by THQ Nordic and is releasing on all major platforms later this year.
