It’s being reported that multiple games in the Tales series have been removed from the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita digital stores. The North American store has dropped Tales of Hearts R and Tales of Xillia 2, while the European store has dropped Tales of Hearts R, Tales of Graces f, and Tales of Zestiria.

Pulling multiple titles in a series like Tales is odd. Usually, when a publisher pulls titles from a store, it’s because there might be some sort of copyright issue, like what happened to the Metal Gear Solid series a couple years ago, or because the publisher is preparing some sort of re-release on current platforms. Hopefully these games become available for PlayStation owners in some form again soon.
