The Switch remaster of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door is coming out in about a month, and in case you’re unfamiliar with this classic, Nintendo is here to fill you in. The visuals have been noticeably cleaned up from the GameCube version, but other than that, it looks to be one-to-one with the original.
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door released on the GameCube in 2004 and is generally regarded as being the best game in the Paper Mario series, and probably the second-best Mario RPG after Super Mario RPG (which also got a Switch remake last year). The remaster is set to hit the Switch on May 23, 2024. Check out the overview below.
