After a cryptic hint from known video game leaker, Pyoro, of a picture of an old 1990 Nintendo Championship Edition NES cartridge, soon afterwards, the ESRB decided to tell all and announce Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition. Presumably, this will be a Switch game. Since it’s on the ESRB’s website and has been rated by them, it’s probably coming out sooner rather than later.

Either Nintendo submitted the game to the ESRB too soon, or an announcement from Nintendo themselves was imminent. However it happened, Nintendo can’t be happy about this.

Rating Summary
