Members of the Nintendo Treehouse were briefly let out of their forced asylum in Redmond to provide an extensive overview of the upcoming Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition for the Switch.
Nintendo World Championships is basically a speed-running game, and like its NES Edition subtitle suggests, focuses on classic first-party games for the Nintendo Entertainment System: Donkey Kong, Excitebike, Balloon Fight, Ice Climbers, and the Zelda and Super Mario games among others. The game provides short and long speed-running challenges in which you’re graded on how well you do. There are local and online multiplayer modes as well.
