Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is a third-person action game with what looks to be light strategy elements, all steeped in ancient Japanese mythology. Capcom released a playable demo along with a new trailer during their latest Capcom Next showcase, and Gamespot was kind enough to post a 20-minute gameplay video of their time with it.

Capcom also announced a Kunitsu-Gami crossover with Okami, their classic 2006 adventure game originally released for PlayStation 2. This will come in the form of weapons, costumes, and music that will be included in a free update if enough people play the demo.

Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess releases for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC on July 19, 2024.
