Hyrule Warriors is a fusion of Nintendo’s Legend of Zelda series mixed with the gameplay of Koei-Tecmo’s Dynasty Warriors. The series has appeared on Wii U, 3DS, Switch, and now it’s coming to Switch 2. Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment was announced during the recent Switch 2 Direct, and will be the third main game in the series.

This installment will focus on Princess Zelda and her adventures in the early dawn of the kingdom of Hyrule as told during the events of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Like past games, you can play as multiple different characters against Ganon’s hordes as you take on waves of enemies during the Imprisoning War.
