One of the surprises at The Game Awards was the announcement of Turok: Origins, a new revival of the Turok series, which has struggled to find its way for quite a while now. It’s being developed and published by Saber Interactive and will be a big third-person action adventure that can be played single-player or multiplayer featuring bows, shotguns, ray guns, and other weapons, along with…DNA powers? This looks like the most promising direction for the Turok IP since the Nintendo 64 days based on the trailer.

Turok: Origins has no release date yet, but will eventually be coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. Check out the announcement trailer below:
